Me and my partner were looking for a property for months due to having our little boy. All the staff especially Sophie made this experience so smooth and ensured they kept us up to date with every move. We are now settled in our new home in time for Christmas. Can’t thank yous enough!

TrustpilotAvoid if you are a landlord or tenant!
Avoid if you are a landlord and wish to use their rental service, non existent, ignore communication, contacted 3 times without response over a 28 day period, when it comes to cancellation due to breach of contract they're impossible to get hold of. Quick enough to take your money but terrible customer service for landlord and tenant!

GoogleI cannot recommend Your Move Estate Agents Edwards Sidmouth highly enough. The process of selling my late aunt's bungalow was made easy throughout, with regular updates and recommendations. As my regular contact, Mandy was always quick with her response to any queries and has a great sense of humour, something I think is more than helpful in the estate agency business? Completion just before Christmas was an added bonus, maybe helped by some Buyer Solicitor nudging on our behalf.

GoogleIt took a lot of time to get my mother’s home sold but Mandy was awesome through the whole process and kept us on track, even when we thought the deal was lost. Thankfully Mandy thought outside the box and held it all together. Thanks to Piers also but especially Mandy, she is a true gem.

TrustpilotAbsolutely appalling how they handle…
Absolutely appalling how they handle tenants, when i moved in the apartment was dusty and unkempt, they take age to respond to service requests, wont help the tenant in case of emergencies, and their units in Edgbaston have rats. Reported this for 5 months in a row until I left the apartment. They then proceed to take part of your deposit so they can apparently clean the house for the next tenant, rent with them at your own peril.

Viewed with clueless agent could not even take details . Made offer told they would come straight back 10 days later no communication ,and they have ni idea what is happening . I guess they are showing flat hopping for a higher offer or they just leave flats on right move for an advert

GoogleIt has been a real pleasure dealing with Your Move Estate Agents Edwards in Sidmouth. Mandy was my main point of contact and nothing and I really do mean nothing was ever too much trouble. Piers initially advised and illustrated his photographic skills which of course help invite people through the front door then Mandy drew the buyers in and worked with everyone to produce a satisfactory sale and really I felt it all happened quite quickly. Would I recommend the team - absolutely 100%. And finally, thank you team well done, all completed on my birthday - great birthday present.
