GoogleSpam letters about moving house even sending a newspaper cutting about a company advertising removals. The company they advertised recently also received a lot of bad press in the media with some branding them “a scam”. If your going to send spam marketing at least advertise reputable companies!

After three poor viewings, I came across Hannah from Christopher Russell. I found her to be informative, very professional and honest. She was prompt, very well educated in the area, giving great advise about local schools and amenities. What impressed me most, was the fact that there was no hard sell and I felt the advise I was given was practical, informative and has genuinely aided me in my choice of areas to live.

Very personable and efficient service. Arranged great professional photos of the house to form the sellers pack, carried out all the necessary promotions to ensure that we had lots of viewings for the open house, and organised all of the information needed to help us make decisions on the offers we received. Their support throughout the long wait until the point of exchange was much appreciated too. We would recommend without hesitation.

This is the second time I have used Christopher Russell and, as before, the service from Russell valuing the property to now being under offer has been excellent. The whole sales team have been great - Lisa, Nicole, Hannah, Joe accompanied all viewings for us - we found this extremely helpful and stress free. Feedback on the viewings was given back to us quickly and honestly. Would highly recommend!

The staff are efficient and helpful, and unlike some estate agents I have used, they were proactive in keeping me informed of progress on both properties we were selling. They actually did what they said they would, when they said they would, and found time to be friendly too. The fees were also more competitive than some other estate agents from whom we received quotes. I recommend them without reservation.
