Fantastic Serviced from dedicated staff

We received a very good service from all of the staff at Christopher Russell in Sidcup. They helped us through each stage of selling our property. They marketed the property perfectly which generated a lot of interest and we had a buyer secured on our first open day. Even when that buyer pulled out, Christopher Russell found us another buyer within 48 hours. All staff we dealt with were very professional, they communicated well and provided lots of feedback. Compared to other agents, their fees are also very competitive.

Great service from an excellent estate agency

I have just completed the sale of my late mother's property and am very pleased that I chose Christopher Russell to handle the sale. From initial contact through every stage of the sale process I was kept very well informed and received excellent service from the whole team. The property sold quickly at a price I am very happy with and although the legal process was rather slow I was kept very well updated by Trudie. This was very much appreciated as I do not live locally. Highly recommended.

I wouldn't trust these guys at all. I got them to rent out my property but not only did they fail to place a rental payment into my account...making me miss a mortgage payment! Luckily, the bank was OK with it and allowed me to make the payment a few days after. I learnt after that the tenant had actually made the payment in time, it was Christopher Russell that failed to pass this on! The last draw was charging me for the renewal of a rental contract that had not even happened. Our tenant had never been approached for renewal or signed any renewal contract. They kept the money though and to date still haven't returned it. Needless to say, we decided to ditch them and deal directly with our tenant, who also didn't like them much either. It's a shame but totally lost trust in them.

Due to the time scale and issues we have encountered I believe that we may have dealt with everyone at Christopher Russell! The team was at all times friendly, knowledgeable and remained professional throughout the process. The team was easily contactable via emails or phone whenever we needed update or had queries. Trudy helped towards realistic deadlines and thankfully, after a few setbacks, managed to pull everyone together for an exchange date and completion date, which by the end we thought would never happen. Overall a very good service and we would happily recommend them.

Excellent, friendly, organised and professional

Christopher Russell from the outset were incredibly informative of the local market and their offering. From the initial meeting all the way through to completion day I felt comfortable knowing that all things were being dealt with and ongoing continuously. Despite annual leave and other appointments the whole office were always on hand to help and would know what was occurring with the case. We found the team at Christopher Russell to be very professional. From the initial contact of viewing our property to sell and assisting us in finding a property for us to move too, the team were polite, conscientious and very helpful. we found their approach to viewings fantastic, they would do the viewings for us and were always early to make sure everything was ok in the house. they would always try to send the same person to do the viewing as this person understood the house and the local area, so they could answer any question asked of them. We would not hesitate in recommending Christopher Russell.

Can't recommend CR highly enough. They are very professional, always punctual and well organised for open days and the like. The agents are all very personable and not at all pushy or pressurising which we would've hated! Good salemanship to start. Not pushy and very informative. Handled house sale very well and all the follow up calls from them that I required.
