The letting management team at DB Roberts, are the best I have had. Over 22 years I have contracted the letting of my flat to several agents. absolute scammers, homeowners and buyers avoid at all costs. this estate agency takes money on the side from the people who they help buy the properties, they do not convey the higher offers to their clients, instead they would only forward the lower offers and one offer from the person who paid them on the side to secure the property, absolute joke. we had the highest offer on a property and were told that the customer chose somebody who deserved the property more than us even though there offer was lower than ours, poor old owner doesn't even know he got mugged by these scammers and lost a few thousand pounds.

GoogleFast and efficient service. I have found the staff easy to deal with, in a polite and professional manner. The have liaised with the seller and ourselves to arrange viewings at a mutually convenient time. Communication has been well managed by both email and telephone, with questions and queries being dealt with promptly.

GoogleI am very happy with DB Robert's services. I was informed at every stage of the process. A huge thank you to Andrea who is an asset to DB Roberts for handling my house sale with professionalism and I felt cared for. I received an offer on the first viewing, on the second day the house went online. Due to unforseen circumstances on my side, I had to withdraw the sale of my house. I thoroughly recommend DB Roberts and I will use their services again should I move in the future.
