GoogleI can not fault this letting agents , such friendly welcoming staff. Been with solihull residential lettings for 6years now and have never been let down recently starting moving into another property and once again I can't fault how helpful, quick and professional they are. The properties have all been cleaned to the highest standard and if any issues they were resolved asap. Highly recommended if you want the best service to finding your new home

GoogleOnly for 6 months, the highest agency fees out of anyone in the West Midlands and very poor service in return. I ended up pulling out of a flat I had put a deposit down on because the estate agent was so rude! Before renting, ask to have at least 2 hours for verification, of course, together with the agent with whom the contract will be concluded!

I relocated from Essex and Dhaminder drove me around Solihull to familiarise myself with the area even recommending places to eat! Very quick at referencing checks.
