I needed to find a place to live in a short period of time just after the Christmas period, which was never going to be an easy task. I inquired about one apartment and Samantha kindly suggested that she take me to look at a number of other apartments in the same area, which was very helpful, during which I successfully found the perfect apartment. The team were always on hand to guide me through the admin and checks, and ensured a super quick turnaround from paying my deposit to getting the keys. GoogleWARNING!! The highest agency fees out of anyone in the West Midlands and very poor service in return. I ended up pulling out of a flat I had put a deposit down on because the estate agent was so rude and the whole thing was shambolic! I had to contact the Property Ombudsman to assist me in getting back most of the deposit, after having reviewed the evidence and agreed that I should be reimburse. I ended up losing around £200 which was a steep learning curve but worth it in the long run not to have any further dealings with the company.

I am taken aback by your selective recollection of events and feel that your review is disingenuous, untruthful and potentially libellous.
Our fee structure is in line with both national and local averages reflecting our true costs.
It also complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which makes it mandatory to display our terms and conditions in the public domain (website and office), but also on the invoice requesting payment.
You had every opportunity to review our terms and conditions before you made the holding payment but crucially failed to do so.
We have a contractual and professional obligation to our Landlords to ensure all applicants not only pass stringent referencing, but also comply with Immigration Acts 2014 and 2016.
Your application was declined by your failure to satisfy the basic minimum requirements of the 3rd party referencing agency.
Moreover, your reluctance and your partner’s refusal to provide essential documents added to our concern.
Throughout this dispute we have sought guidance from professional bodies including the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.
Both have confirmed in writing that we acted in accordance with professional and legal requirements.
Your assertion that the Property Ombudsman agreed with your position is blatantly untruthful as their remit is to govern standards and not disputes.
This review is clearly not objective, but designed to tarnish our unblemished reputation with misinformation.

After reno was completed, I had to change my plan from letting it to selling it off, which meant the loss of business from Dhaminder's standpoint. Dhaminder though did not show any disappointment, although I’m sure he felt it. He rather stressed that I should follow his change of plans as they served his changed circumstances best.
