GoogleStaff is very friendly and treated me very well during my process of renting a property. The Managing Director was a very delightful person, patient and always ready to help. The Lettings Manager was also very kind and helpful through the process. I would recommend Solihull Residential Lettings for those looking for properties.

They couldn't have been more helpful, literally hand held me through the whole rental process and once installed were always on hand to answer questions and provide advice. GoogleI previously rented with SRL who were excellent throughout the tenancy, Sam dealt with my checkout process and was very professional with regard viewing appointments etc... My circumstances have recently changed and I’ve found myself looking for a property once again, of course I contacted Sam straight away and didn’t even consider another company. She has been amazing helping me find the perfect place and has gone totally over and above, I get the keys on Saturday and couldn’t thank her enough.

From the moment I sent an letting enquiry email through to encountering our first problem in our rental they have been incredibly swift and helpful. Samantha in particular was so very helpful when it came to viewings and answering all of our initial questions. She was readily available and kept us up-to-date at every stage of the referencing and pre-signing process. We had an issue with our boiler the other day and contacted Amanda who was able to help us resolve it in less than a day! Compared to the poor service we've had elsewhere, Solihull Residential Lettings are absolute professionals and it has been so easy to rent through them.
