Dear Danielle, You were presented with a property that was of an exceptionally high standard and immaculately clean. Unfortunately, you left the property is a such a poor condition of cleanliness, not to mention with items of the inventory that were missing. We suspect that your complaint is not really about our professionalism, rather that you were held liable for the cost of remedying your negligence.
