GoogleI find it odd that the same people leave positive reviews for multiple Smart Homes locations. Lukas Petrokas and his friends deliberately leave positive (obviously fake) reviews to mask the fact that this agency is incompetent and unable to effectively provide the services they promote. Shame on you.

GoogleSecond time round selling a house with Smart Homes, couldn’t ask for better service. Regularly updated on progress, polite and assertive staff. Selling houses is always classed as stressful, but the team at Smart Homes made it a lot easier and dare I say it enjoyable!

GoogleHad a viewing booked for 2:15 pm with these estate agents and reached there at 2:13 only to see the agent driving off! When I called them the agent said he left after 2:15 which was a blatant lie. Extremely unprofessional.

I have spoken to the Viewing Representative concerned and he genuinely believed that everyone who had booked to view had attended and viewed. It was a block booking and there were in excess of 15 people there, I can assure you that my colleague waited as long as he could.
