Thank you for your review. However, I feel that I should point out that we do not advertise properties for House to Home Lettings. Unfortunately, I have limited information from your review but I believe you are the lady I spoke to last year and I understood that I helped you resolve your complaint with House to Home Lettings. We have not advertised properties on behalf of this company since that date.
I believe that this is an inaccurate review and has nothing to do with the service that Smart Homes offers to their clients.

I was shocked to find my daughter living in a damp mouldy property, she’s vulnerable with health problems and there has been no help or support to fix the problems. How can you justify renting a property in that condition? Taking people’s money while the property rots , disgusting.
