GoogleIn the search in finding a commercial property I found the service from Smart Homes commercial a breath of fresh air compared to other companies I came across in the search for my new premises. Professional , how businesses should be run phone calls answered , emails and text replied within the hour . Warren Mathew’s who heads up this department was fantastic ,a great mediator between the vendor and myself to get the process sorted.

I think without her we would still be waiting to exchange a good month later. Worth the money for the reduced stress and hassle.

GoogleSmart homes have been outstanding. Having bought through them over 3 years ago we didn’t even consider any other agencies when we decided to sell earlier this year. Service has been outstanding from the valuation point through viewings, offer, and though sale management. Cannot recommend Smart homes enough- outstanding!

TrustpilotAvoid using this estate agency
Avoid using this agency, they are dishonest and telling lies. I asked them for viewing of different 4 properties, they tell not available, or not accepting kids, or any other excuse for each one. I spent 2 weeks searching their web site, filling forms they asked for, making many phone calls to discuss options and arrange viewing. They just can not tell we do not like to provide you service for some reason. They may have to explain here.

GoogleCan’t fault Smart Homes. From putting our house on the market with Louise and also purchasing our new home from Smarts that Louise also found for us, nothing was too much trouble. Efficient, professional but also friendly and approachable. The whole team took the stress out the whole experience from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend:-)

GoogleSmart homes unfortunately have come up very short on our expected level of service and professionalism. They are very quick to get the property to market but after that it all falls apart. From personal data breach, to rude staff; we found the process unnecessarily difficult. The sales progression team would call us up and sometimes forget to find details of the lower chain and then realising things had changed on the phone. Sometimes I felt like I was having to tell them how to do their job. This isn’t something that a so called “market leader” should be conducting themselves... very very disappointed
