My first point of contact was some called Gin, bubbly person who was eager to help and although they did not have the property I was after I was able to use their mortgage broker who provide quick service and a high standard and made the process less stressful of buying a home Will definitely use when I come to sell and move on

We contacted smart homes to help sell what had been the family home since 1959, when our parents had moved in as newly weds. This was an emotional time for us, but staff at smart homes could not have been more understanding or supportive. They were professional and made the process as easy as possible. Their communication could not be faulted and the house sold very quickly. The after sales team were also excellent. We had a specific contact, who regularly contacted us and our solicitor to ease the process. If we left a message, it was responded to very quickly. Faultless. Thank you

I ended up having a long drawn out purchase where my solicitors were rubbish at communicating but Gin contacted me regularly to provide me updates and also assisted with chasing both mine and the vendors solicitors to get things done. Couldn't recommend enough.
