I have recently used Smart Homes to get my commercial property (Shirley) leased out. The process was flawless in finding a reliable, suitable tenant that met all the conditions I required from the incoming tenant. My point of contact was Warren Matthews. He was a delight to work with. Getting in touch with him was easy. He was swift to notify me with updates. Warren had even updated me on his day off as well as out-of-office hours on numerous occasions. He was able to source the right tenant in a relatively short amount of time. I highly recommend Smart Homes Commercial to anyone. If you do use them make sure you deal with Warren Matthews. Thank Smart Homes Commercial and Warren.

GoogleThe staff at smart homes are a joke, nobody listens or cares to any issues or repairs needed to any of their properties. After being broken into it took smart homes over 6 months and numerous phone calls to get a replacement door leaving us with only 1 fire exit. Only seem to be able to speak to a manager to get anywhere. The company is disgraceful, avoid them!! Will never ever go anywhere near them again

Thank you for your comments. I must say, however, how deeply shocked and offended I am. I have been in business for 19 years and we have built a reputation for our honest and sound advice as well as being able to provide an unrivalled level of customer service.
When I attended your property, I was very complimentary of the same and of the works that you had carried out. I explained my reasoning very clearly on the value I placed upon the property, which is based upon comparable evidence along with the improvements you have made.
I very clearly explained that you would be better to stay where you are and try to benefit from the compound capital growth over the next few years, but if you were set on selling in the near future, I suggested that you stage your reception room as a bedroom to attempt to leverage a better sale price.
The suggestion that we would sell your home under market value to somebody that we have an association with is completely unfounded and I refute that allegation wholeheartedly.
I and we as a company take on board all constructive criticism but have taken an exception to this review. Whilst I appreciate the figure that I gave you may not be what you wanted to hear, it is an honest one.
I am more than happy to discuss this further with you.
