Rude estate agents and very pushy. Kept demanding loads of paperwork and once provided we were told the offer wasn't accepted. Once they learned that we may not consider putting in a second offer the call was quickly ended. Won't be trusting them with the sale of my other house in the future.

I have tried to get a viewing for a couple of let properties with Smart homes but after phone calls and emails I haven't managed to view a single house with them so far.Other estate agents at least have had the courtesy of getting back to me and have really tried to fit me in for viewings. Smart homes has just ignored me as a potential client.

Property hunting is bad enough, without the estate agents failing to provide any support. There were no photos of outside the property, so we didn't know what we were looking for. We turned up early to the viewing, to find no member of staff. After making a useless phone call to Smart Homes, we decided to go home without viewing the property. Poor service for lettings anyway

The most complicated of moves within a chain that took 7 months. Our first buyer dropped out after 5 months, the whole team at smart homes allpitched in and together found us another buyer within the week, who was a better match for us and turned the whole thing around in two months. Throughout, the team worked tirelessly to keep the chain together. Particular credit goes to Jackie and Irene along with Helen as well when things were particularly tough. We kept our home we wanted and the people we bought from still kept theirs. Without smart homes this would not have been possible and last week we moved into the home we had wanted for so long and with our children, are settling in well. Big thank you Smart Homes!
