We have sold 2 properties with smart homes over the last 12 months. Louise O’ Conner handled our sales with lots of feedback coming our way. Once they were sold we were handed over to the sales progression team with Debbie Guest looking after us (we specifically asked for Debbie on the 2nd property after her involvement on the 1st) We couldn’t of asked for anything more from Debbie. She was on the ball and chased all the parties at every point and new exactly what was happening within our chain. Debbie always called us with regular updates and if we had any questions was able to answer and put our minds at rest. It was great to have both Louise and Debbie in our corner through this process.

Sold my property in Sheldon through smart homes, was Ill advised, informed late on important goings on, messed around and generally lied to about the sale completion to ensure we stuck with them. The referencing process for buyers is non existent, lost money in the end, just about got it over the line. They were aware of my discontent yet approached my ex partner for the website review which is positive as approached on completion day. No positives to add whatsoever. Many thanks.

Want to give a big shootout out to Smarthomes, I've know Warren in their commercial department for many years so know his high standards of service but never dealt with the sales side. I was tempted to use another well known agent in the Hollywood area but Warren convinced me to use Smarthomes. We tried another well known agent because we were out of Smart Homes area. With them over 9 weeks we had 4 viewings, no feedback, no comunication so we cancelled our agreement with them. I contacted Smart Homes to see if they could help, they did. Within, 12 days we had 5 viewings, and the house was sold. We had lots of feedback, and lots of communication from the Smart Homes team, I can only say, if your thinking of selling your home, and want to get looked after by a friendly, professional very knowledgeable company, then you really need to call one company, yes its Smart Homes. I have never sold a house before. From the first time they came round to view the house to selling it they have been outstanding. Everyone I have spoken to has been very helpful dealing with selling the house. Everything they did, they made it clear so I had no surprises along the way. After the house was sold and going though the process of completion Helen (Shirley branch) phoned me every week with an update of the progress of the sale. From the very first phone call Smart Homes and all of the sales team have been absolutely fantastic- hugely supportive, always proactive and such lovely people to deal with and have as a team. Selling my property after owning it for many years has been personally difficult- but with the friendly support of. the Smart Homes team, starting with the enormous knowledge of Jamie Smart and his absolute professionalism, Tom for quietly and brilliantly dealing with the viewing, Emma keeping me updated and then Debbie for taking over the reins and without drama (but a great lady to work with who always has a sense of commitment but can lighten the worries too) getting me to the finish line. I can’t finish without mentioning Helen who has helped me tremendously throughout this sometimes personally difficult journey. We recently sold our home through Smart Homes and found them to be friendly, helpful, professional and proactive throughout the process. While I expected this with the sale itself (as obviously this was a service we paid for, and they absolutely lived up to my expectations in that regard) I was quite surprised at their continued support and efforts in regard to helping us with the purchase of our onward property which was through another agent who quite frankly were nowhere near as good as Smart Homes. Getting information, progress or even a response was frustratingly difficult, but Gemma at Smart Homes really went above and beyond to touch base with all parties and collate meaningful updates aswell as actively pushing things along despite the lack of enthusiasm from the other agent and vendors solicitor.
