GoogleIt is not often I give reviews, but I felt this needed to be stated. I had enquired about a property and was emailing an agent consistently. She has booked me on for 2 pm. I emailed to confirm the booking the next day, and she had said 1.15pm - I did not have enough time to get there. I had still driven down wasting 1 hour and a half of my time (I tried calling multiple times) I'm very dissappinted with the service as I was told, "The agent is unlikely to do any further viewings on this as we have had a really successful day today." With it being no fault of mine, I was declined. Not impressed. Not valued. Not appreciated.
Hi Naina I am sorry you feel like you were not valued or appreciated, I have tried to reach out to you to discuss this further. After looking into this case, I can see you were offered a viewing for 2pm on Monday but you couldn’t do that and asked for one after 4.30pm. After 4.30 was not an option, therefore other appointments had to be booked in, around the viewings on Prestige Avenue. I can see you emailed again on Monday at 12.30 (the day of the viewings) asking if there will still be a viewing today and you received an email to say there was one at 1.15 but that was the only slot left, to which you responded to say you couldn’t make it. I understand it is frustrating and you feel like you wasted your time, this was never our intention, however it does state in the email that the only available time we had left was 1.15 and this was sent to you to ensure you didn’t have a wasted trip. With over 150 enquiries on this house, it was always going to be hard to accommodate everyone, but we always try to where we can. If the 2pm would have been agreed sooner, we would have been more than happy to move things around to accommodate your viewing. On the day we received 7 offers taking it well over the asking price, meaning it would have been unfair to delay the process further by doing more viewings. We are sorry you missed out on this one, but if anything similar to this comes up, we will be in touch. Many thanks HS Homes

GoogleHS Homes were fantastic from the start and the excellent service continued for the 8 month period of buying and selling our property (both through HS Homes). I instructed HS Homes after viewing the property we wanted to buy which she was also selling. Fran's communication was excellent and kept all parties in the chain well informed each step of the way. Fran also contacted the solicitors on our behalf and went above and beyond ensuring the chain was informed and in doing this kept the whole thing together. Fran also understood our nervousness in the final stressful stages of moving house and ensured she kept things moving. We moved in record time and I believe this was due to Fran's willingness to achieve this. Fran has also been in touch post sale which has been great. Thank you for a fantastic service!

She got me a buyer in 3 weeks and completed in 5 weeks,, she did what she said she was going to do, she grafted, and to think my house sat with two agents for nearly two years and I even did all the viewings.. I recommend this lady unreservedly, and on a daily basis to everyone .. I like a women who says they can .. and things materialise !!
