GoogleWell, what can say. Without fran I really don't know if my sale or purchase would have happened. She has provided an outstanding service chasing solicitors, estate agents and really the only person in the loop to keep me informed. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you so much. You deserve an award.
Thank you Jacqui - not long now. I will be very happy to pass over the keys on the 11th x

GoogleWe are more than happy to have HS Home and Fran helping us to buy our first home in the UK. Fran provides not only professional services, but also the excellent follow-up works with passion and effective responses that impressed me a lot. Thank you for your hard work and hope we can overcome our next challenge - renovation works! 💪🏼 …
Hi Susanna what a lovely review. I am honoured to work with both you and Charles, you have been great throughout the whole process and I know it hasn't been an easy one. The next challenge is next to come :)

GoogleAmazing service and professionalism from start to finish. Francesca especially was fantastic - enthusiastic, positive and always pushing things forwards. I have bought and sold several houses over the years and I have never met an agent like her. Thank you for helping me purchase the perfect house for my kids and I.

GoogleHS Homes Solihull is a great estate agent who goes above and beyond expectations to battle the long process of home ownership. As first time buyers, Fran persevered daily to ensure the house buying process was fast and efficient. I’d recommend to anyone!

GoogleIf you are selling a house, call Fran. From the initial advice, which can feel very perfunctory with other agents, to the speed of advertising and viewing to managing the post sale minefield. She does it all better than everyone else. Like I say, if you are selling a house, call Fran
Thank you Mark, it was a pleasure helping you and Claire. Good luck up North 🥰 …

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic. So much more attention and care than the larger estate agents. You really feel like a priority. You are kept in the loop every step of the way, from viewers' feedback all the way to final exchange. A really positive experience and made the process as stress free as possible.

GoogleMe and my wife have been looking for a property for a while, we have dealt we many different agents from different agencies and I must say we wished all of them were like Fran. She is welcoming, friendly, pro-active and most importantly is has knowledge of the property she is selling.
Hi Vincent, thank you so much for the lovely feedback. Although my property wasn't for you, I wish you every success in finding you dream home :)

GoogleAfter numerous calls wanting to view property & promised calls but not heard anything at all back now the property has gone to stc. I'd be avoiding these estate agents, poor communication & unprofessional.

GoogleVery unprofessional, false information provided, waste time and a-lot many more also have a proof of that😤 …
Hi Humera, I am sorry you feel this way and you feel you wasted your time. When you go to view a property, this is a risk you take, especially if the house is a popular one. I was honest with you right from the start and explained on our first phone call how popular this house was. I know you are unhappy with me because I submitted all offers and you asked me to only submit yours, however morally, and legally, I have to submit all offers to the sellers. Once they have the offers it is down to them to decide which offer they accept, it is out of my control. I hope you find your dream home and wish you and your family all the best in the future. Regards, Fran at HS Homes.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I really appreciate it. Even though you haven’t added a comment, your feedback means a great deal to me and to all of us at HS Homes. I’m always striving to provide a professional, supportive and reliable service, whether that’s through sales, lettings or property management. If there’s ever anything further you’d like to share about your experience, I’d genuinely love to hear from you. Thank you again for your support, it truly means a lot.
