I cannot speak highly enough about HS Home’s Fran Stallard. Since taking on my Mother-in-law’s retirement flat, she has worked tirelessly exploring every possible avenue to sell it. The first thing she did was to video the inside of the flat, to give potential buyers an initial insight into what the flat had to offer. Retirement flats are probably the hardest property to sell in the current market. But HS Homes succeeded in selling it.
