From the start to the very finish Justyn and Tom we're first class in selling our home. What we really liked was the fact that we were dealing with two people who were business owners and not just employees and it showed. You can see that this isn't just a job to them. They Care! When there were particularly difficult times during the process the guys went that extra bit to keep things on track and didn't disappear as soon as the branch closed at 6. Highly recommended.

Horton & Storey are proper sales professionals without the pushy sales pitch, doing a great job of belying the Estate Agent stereotype. Justyn and Tom are knowledgeable, experienced, likeable and really easy to do business with. And, because it's their business and it's them that you deal with, you know they will be working hard to get the best outcome for all parties to further grow their reputation and their business. I know that houses sell based on what they are, where they are and the price, but Justyn and Tom secured the sale of our property at the price we had hoped for after another agent had failed to do so over the previous 6 weeks. They we're also far more efficient when it came to taking the pictures and producing the marketing material and most importantly facilitating the viewings. They delivered on their promises and kept me and the purchaser updated with the regularity and transparency required to ensure that both parties were happy and well informed throughout the process. I know this to be the case as not only did it seem that way throughout but the purchaser of my property has also left a 5 star review! If you're looking to sell anywhere in Shirley, Solihull or the surrounding area, you'd be daft not to give Horton & Storey another chance to prove how good they are and get yourself a great, hassle-free and professional experience as a result.
