I have bought a house through Horton Senate. I cannot even express on how amazing Jennifer was ! She helped through the whole process from viewing where she told us everything that had to be done at the property which was geniune till completion date. She was a very good person and she went above and beyond to help us buy this home. She was always there when we needed her and answered all the calls and questions we had. She was really patient and polite understanding our needs through the whole process and helped out whenever she could. She tried as much as possible to get the whole process done as soon as possible by giving us updates from the sellers solicitors. The best in the game. From our initial phone call to book our viewing to the moment we got our keys, Jennifer has been an absolute gem. She is a true credit to the agency and helped us immensely throughout our journey of buying our first home. She ensured we were on top of everything we needed to be in the correct time scales and was always available and happy to assist with any questions or queries we had. Without her, we would not have met the stamp duty deadline either. She ensured the solicitors were all working together and communicated effectively to help the seller and us to reach the exchange dates as quickly as possible. Even though we did not pay for Horton & Senate’s services as the buyers, I felt they went above and beyond to support us on our journey. If you are looking to buy a property, definitely look at their portfolio, I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully one day I will get to work with you again. A huge thanks to all the team at Horton & Senate! An exceptional service from valuation to completion. Justyn, Jennifer and Robyn were always on hand to make the entire process of selling completely stress free. We were in a rush to get our house on the market as we had our heart set on a house we could potentially loose considering our house wasn’t even on the market. Within a week it was photographed, listed on Rightmove and a block viewing booked in for the Saturday. It was sold within a week. They offer such a personalised service which is hard to come by with estate agents. We will be highly recommending you to family and friends. We employed Horton Senate to deal with the sale of our house and Jennifer White was our sales consultant. The sale turned out to be quite difficult, due to the 2 chains involved. However, we are completing tomorrow and we wouldn’t have got the sale done without Jennifer’s help. She has been fantastic all the way through and to coin a phrase ‘she went above and beyond’ what was expected of her. In fact, our solicitor even left all the chasing to Jennifer, because by his own admission, ‘she’s so much better at it than me’. My reviews comes a bit late but better late than never! I am in the rare position of providing feedback as a buyer of a property where Jennifer from H&S acted for the vendors. I feel compelled to write a positive review as Jennifer has been phenomenal from the initial offer right through to completion. There were many many bumps along the road, from asbestos surveys, mortgage offer collapsing, spray foam insulation removal and roof works, to even constant exchange delays because of the chain, but Jennifer's professionalism and persistence got us all over the line and through to completion! I don’t think Jennifer White deserves any less than a full 5 star! She is simply incredible at her job. Bear in mind that I’m quite fussy but Jennifer always treats me fairly and politely. I’m a foreigner trying to settle down in the UK, so having a decent shelter is both exciting and overwhelming to me yet not even once she treats me any less. Imagine receiving hundreds of property interests per day, she stays quick at responding to all emails. I was late for 15mins for my viewing slot yet she patiently waited and welcomed me with the brightest smile. I also had tons of questions which then she communicated them clearly to the landlord and came back to me accordingly. All I can say is, this is my 4th letting agent and Horton Storey tops them all. Jennifer is so accommodating and I’ve to credit her for giving the best impression of the agency. Not to mention that she made it possible for me to escalate my moving date and went extra mile to even work on a Bank Holiday just so I get my keys! I could go on and on and trust me all you can hear is compliments from my side. 😊
