GoogleI would highly recommend Justyn at Horton & Storey. He dealt with the purchase our 1st property and I can say that during the whole process, Justyn kept us informed every step of the way. If we ever had any questions, he would revert straight back to the vendor to obtain the answers and if we wanted another viewing, he booked us in straightaway. He also chased solicitors our on behalf. We were in running on tight deadlines as we had to move from our rented accommodation and he ensured that he completed it within that deadline. When we come to sell our house in the future, we will definitely instruct Horton & Storey. Very impressed with the service we received and they have a very dedicated team. In addition Justyn recommended to us a very good mortgage broker, solicitor to complete our house purchase. In all a very good experience for someone buying our house for the first time.

GoogleI can't rate these guys highly enough. They are a small firm but this means you only deal with a limited number of people who you get to know well, and are always up to speed with what is going on with your transaction. Justyn and Emma were both tenacious and responsive, and without their help we might just not have been able to make it all happen.

I have experienced some stress through my sale and purchase and it was Jen thatevery time to calmed me down and tell me what I needed to be told.
