GoogleTIME WAISTERS. Appointment booked for 17.15. Got a call at 17.08 explaining they will be late so THEY asked us to move the appointment at 17.30. I want to stress the fact that even tho we were there already, and they ring us at the last minute, we did not insist nor argue to keep the appointment, we would have not made a scene if they needed to reschedule it, but they offer to just delay it by 15 minutes. We were pleased they still wanted to carry on the view and waited. At 17.50 we decided to leave the property as nobody show up, they didn't even had the decency to ring us again. (Yes, we did check if anyone was in the property). Needless to say we will avoid this agency like the plague, invest our money elsewhere and invite you all readers to do the same.

Our colleague was on the way to you but got held up due to traffic, once arrived at the property just before 6pm, they realised you had already left but had no battery on their phone to inform you that they were running late and that they were outside the property. GoogleI sent an enquiry over the weekend via Rightmove for a property on Yardley Wood Road and received no response. Nearly a week later, I called to follow up, only to be told the property already had an offer. It would’ve been courteous to at least reply and let me know. The lack of communication is unacceptable, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this agent.

GoogleIt has taken 6 months to get a vendor and a further 3 months to complete the sale of our property in a difficult financial environment. Justyn Horton was very professional, he listened and wasn't at all pushy. He made helpful suggestions and gave feedback when asked. He got our sale over the line for which we are very grateful. His company's attention to detail was much better when he was personally engaged with our questions or with the showings. Other staff were less good.

GoogleJustyn, Tom , Emma and Casey were all instrumental in helping us find our first home and they were extremely responsive and supportive all along the way. I am gutted to of not had the opportunity to meet all of the team in person due to Covid but from our correspondence over the phone they are really lovely people. Whenever we needed to clarify or chase something the team were always happy to chase up with the other parties in the chain and help push things along. GoogleWe sold our house in Shirley, Solihull earlier this year with Horton & Storey. From the initial meeting through to completion we cannot speak highly enough of the whole team at H&S. We dealt mainly with Justyn, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding of the anxiety and stress selling a property can bring with it. The personal, friendly and supportive approach we received made the process so much easier. GoogleIf I could give 0 I would but sadly they earn a star. I’ve tried contacting them about a property 7 times, every time they said they would call me back (I’ve waited over a month) and no reply. I then thought let’s go to their office I turn up when it says it’s open and no one is there. It’s really a shame that they are selling the property I want and not a more professional company.

GoogleWe sold our property through H&S. we decided to go with these guys as they were realistic, honest and friendly. Our calls /emails were always acknowledged. We dealt mainly with Justyn and Emma who made the process stress-free. If they don’t know the answer to something, there’s no BS-ing so to speak. They’ll tell you the truth which is what you want when you’re parting with money for a service. There was never any pushy attitudes from them unlike other estate agents we dealt with . We wanted a professional and friendly service . We got exactly that . Nothing was too much trouble with these guys. To anyone thinking of purchasing or selling, I can’t recommend these guys enough.
