GoogleHere's the journey so far: last Friday morning , Jennifer enthusiastically registered us and our "profile" of 'gots' and 'wants', Monday 8:45am, with fold-up bike on chilly street, Florence and Justyn invited me and Brompton bike inside onto comfy settee and warmth; discussed one beautiful property and instant inclusion into viewing window (staff gave us a choice of 2 windows); just 5 days later, Saturday 10am Florence welcomes us inside this perfect property and skilfully, eloquently balances giving information yet making us feel responsibly free to explore. That same morning, as Horton & Storey advise, we immediately email our enthusiastic offer to purchase, along with attachments on our finance, as Jennifer clearly described. All done within 5 days! So chose THEM! This is a friendly, efficient and professional group of people who clearly work well as a team (which is exactly how other professional Estate Agents have evaluated Horton & Storey, across the week). Now ..............."fingers, and everything else, crossed ......."

GoogleLike most people we found our recent move incredibly difficult and often felt confused with what was going on on the process. Fortunately we sold our house with Horton and Storey who were by far the most useful people on the whole process. The communication was always very clear, honest and punctual so I never felt left in the dark, they constantly kept me up to date with the progress and we’re always understanding. We had spoken to other estate agents who were obviously after the hard sale, with Horton and Storey we felt like we were being professionally cared after and I could not recommend them enough.

GoogleA fantastic service throughout! Whilst we didn’t end up buying the house we viewed on this occasion, the service we received was fantastic. Booking a viewing was very easy, Emma worked hard to find a time that fitted around us going away and other plans we had to ensure we didn’t miss out. Communication was excellent and it felt like we were valued customers even just for the viewing process. Absolutely stood out as a fantastic service and one we would highly recommend. I hope there may be another house come up with Horton and Storey as I know we will get the same service again. Thank you to you all!

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish, regularly kept updated on progress of my property which was marketed via horton & storey, and communicated through Charlotte on a day to day basis. Pleased property was let within a reasonable timeframe. I would definitely use this agent again going forward, to manage any future property marketing appraisals etc. I would therefore have no hesitation recommending this estate agents, for any future property related needs.
