Still waiting for repairs to be completed. Property 3 years old and still we have hot water feeding the toilet and had to pay for it amongst other faults this company ignores. Disgraceful

Till we buy home sugar coated convincing conversations.Soon we get the key everything changes.Staff at the customer care team is excellent in Finding excuses not to sort out the concerns raised by customers even they blame other builders .If we get a call back from them then that’s our lucky day.This is the experience I got from Strata definition derby.

Finish of the property is not great from the decorating and plastering down to the final clean. Also lack of communication about other works which have taken place externally since we moved in.
