Great way to meet the people on your street and make new friends. A little awkward at the start but things soon got going. Next time, maybe a fun ice-breaker would do the trick to get people talking more :)

Our experience with Strata has been great since moving in on 29/3/19. They have gone out of there way to welcome us and rectify any early problems within the house. Andrew Brailsford the assistant project manager has been a great help with any problems and has already taken our snagging list to rectify over the coming weeks. It’s ealry days for us with Strata but so far I can’t recommend them enough.

It seems that the sales team are unable to tell you how much something actually is. They will happily load another 10K on a property overnight and blame it on a "misunderstanding."
