GoogleGood (House-proud) Tenants, Strongly advise you use the Deposit Protection Service, to make sure you get it back and to avoid long delays in having it rightfully returned. Take before & after photos/vid of property (rooms & contents) to use as evidence, if you need to open a case with DPS.
Thank you for your feedback. As with most deposits they are registered with the Deposit Protection Scheme which is an independent arbitrator between the landlord and the tenant of which any costs for damage will be settled normally using the check in Inventory as the base point.

GoogleI have had a really good experience with Goodman and Lilley, both with buying and selling my house. Personally I feel they are the most knowledgeable agents in the area. When I bought, they really helped me find the right home very quickly and when I sold marketed my property really well and it was sold quickly. The communication and customer service is top notch and Adam and Teresa have always been helpful. If you want a property or want to sell a property in North Bristol go to them!!
