The service I received from Sascha and Claire when we instructed them to rent out our property was not only very professional but they were really helpful, they responded almost immediately and efficiently to any emails or phone calls, this is almost unheard of at the moment. They I feel go above and beyond in the way they deal with not only their clients but the tenants they find. I would not hesitate to use them for any other transactions we require but would highly recommend them and the company they work for to anyone looking to do business in Shirehampton or the surrounding area. The Lettings team have always been helpful and fair. When seeking a short-term rental they were one of the few agents who said they could help - and they did! We had a straightforward, no-fuss experience becoming and staying happy tenants, and that was through two years of COVID lockdowns and all.
