GoogleOutstanding experience working with Toby on the purchase of my home. From start to finish he has been warm, friendly and knowledgeable and has kept me informed at every step along the way. No question was ever too much trouble and always responded to promptly and fully. Toby's help, excellent communication and advice have been truly invaluable in navigating the buying processes and I cannot recommend him and the JI Estate Agent team highly enough.

GoogleWe had a great experience with JI Estates this year selling our home a big shout to Tob, Steve and Fin who were great throughout.

GoogleWe used JI Estate Agents for both our sale and purchase and they are simply the best around. From start to finish we had a great experience with them on what was by no means a straightforward process due to the size of the chain. Initially Steve's local knowledge helped massively in allowing us the opportunity to purchase our new house, and Toby's assistance and management of the six house chain throughout the process was nothing short of excellent. If we were ever to move house again we would only use JI Estates.

GoogleI've used JI Estates for a recent sale which, after initially falling through, eventually sold, although this was due to market issues caused by last year's mini-budget. The team at JI provided an excellent service from start to finish, as they have always done: I've bought and sold several properties through JI Estates over the years and they have always provided a friendly yet efficient service and I cannot recommend them enough for all your buying and selling needs. A+++.

GoogleI chose JI Estates to handle the sale of an apartment based on their fantastic google reviews and because I wanted to use a good local, independent Estate Agent. I'm so glad I chose them. It was a fabulous experience working with Toby. He handled the sale expertly throughout the whole process. Proactively keeping me informed on an amazingly regular basis. The video and sales process goes above and beyond. The result was a super quick sale, multiple offers on day one, progressing to best and final offers over the asking price. I couldn't have been happier with the result. If you're looking for an Estate Agent in Saltaire, look no further than JI Estates. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleFirst class customer service from start to finish. I can without hesitation recommend their service. They set up a WhatsApp and you know who’s viewing, when, their situation and immediately after viewing feedback is given. There isn’t anything they could do to enhance their service, it’s just perfect as it is. I really cannot say thank you enough. FIRST CLASS! You can’t say that often these days.

GoogleJI sold my Mum’s house which was a fairly lengthy process, but which they managed brilliantly well at every step of the way, unfailingly efficient and friendly. The whole team are highly professional, and highly recommended as the ‘go to’ experts in the local area.
