Very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process, great communication, acted on things quickly and we always knew where we stood. Extra careful during covid times and considerate of our situation with a little one. FacebookSteve and Jamie are outstanding.. They genuinely care for both the buyer and seller, which was demonstrated when our mortgage offer fell through 2 months after the offer was accepted. We were so stressed out but they reassured us, while checking in our progress. And they even chased our solicitors for us when we were at a brick wall with them!! They kept the process going. Thank you both so much- we really appreciate everything.. Definitely buy and sell from JI!

GoogleWe had a fantastic ecperience using James Ickgringill. All staff members knew what was happening, were happy to help and made the process as pain-free as possible. We had tried to use 2 other agents on the same high street and our experiences were not positive. James Ickgringill have real, local knowledge and can use their skills to reassure both the seller and buyer. We would definitely recommend them.
