JI Estate Agents were the selling agent for a property I bought this year. Toby carried out the viewing and was an fantastic point of contact during the buying process. He chased solicitors on both sides for progress updates and forwarded any questions onto the seller directly. Viewing to exchanging was only 8 weeks which wouldn't have happened without Toby's coordination. Really impressive, especially with the added demand from the stamp duty relief closing date. Highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We have recently purchased our first home with JI Saltaire and cannot recommend these guys enough! Toby has been absolutely amazing, helping us throughout the whole process, answering the huge amount of questions we had, being first time buyers! If you are looking to buy/sell your home then we would highly recommend JI. Thank you again Toby!

We recently sold and purchased a house through JI and would highly recommend using them. Toby, Steve and Tom have been absolutely brilliant at supporting us through it. We didn’t have a smooth ride as our first buyer pulled out of a house swap with us (unrelated to us/JI) and they really supported us through it and found us our dream house, as well as managing a second tricky buyer for our house. Their communication and dedication is second to none, we really appreciate all their hard work to get our purchase and sale over the line!

Bought my first home through JI recently and can only talk positively of my experience. I always had quick and polite correspondence with them every step of the way, with special mention to Toby. Very knowledgeable about properties in the area, particularly listed buildings. I would totally use them again!

Steve and everyone at JI Estates is outstanding. From initial meeting to final completion, nothing was too much trouble for them and communication throughout was excellent. Steve is so knowledgeable about the local market and offered us so much advice about pricing and process. I can't thank them enough and I will be recommending them to everyone who asks. Thanks again and keep up the great work!

We have just completed our first house purchase and really couldn't have done it without the help of Toby. His communication throughout the process was both consistent and easing, making what should be a stressful situation relatively smooth. Knowing how well he and the team communicate and speed up processes, I couldn't recommend him highly enough to anyone potentially looking to sell their home. Thanks Toby!

Toby and Steven at JI estates have provided an excellent service, selling our property. They have communicated well throughout the process with all parties involved. They found the right buyer for us and saw a sometimes not straightforward sale through to completion. I would recommend JI estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

I recently used JI Estates to sell my flat. My flat was valued and listed (with photos and a walk-through video) within a couple of days. Steve was very proactive and great at informing me of any viewings taking place and was prompt at giving feedback afterwards. He was particularly helpful during the conveyancing process and acted as an effective intermediary when things slowed down between solicitors. Highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thanks to Toby and the Team for excellent service. J.I. constantly went above and beyond to get the sale over the line, and jog other professionals along when necessary (frequently). Would highly recommend and I will personally use them again. Thankyou.

I was extremely pleased with the service Toby and the team at JI gave me on my recent purchase. I couldn't fault them as regards being on the ball and responding to any requests I made. A friendly team who made no attempt to over sell but were great on detail.

We recently used JI Estates for a purchase and sale and the service could not have been better. We were supported at every stage by Toby and the rest of the team, who kept in close contact throughtout and help navigate what was at times a difficult sale. The fee was very resonable and we would highly recommend JI Estates to anyone

Our sale was complicated as we were selling land and a house. This was to maximise our assets as we wanted to travel for a year or two before downsizing and buying in Saltaire again. Steven Gardner and Glenda and Jamie were absolutely fantastic through out the process. They were professional and understanding at all times (and I was stressed to the hilt at times), but they never wavered in their support and I will, and have, recommended them to anyone who needs an estate agent that I know. Thank you guys for making a complicated sale as painless as possible. Above and beyond expectations.

Having bought a house through Ji a few years ago, we always knew that we would sell ours with them in the future: their customer service is outstanding. The whole team have been amazing in our recent house sale. The whole process has been really smooth and this is due to them. Steve and Tom have both been brilliant: Steve at the start of the process- the marketing of the house was outstanding and we had numerous offers in a couple of days. And Tom who looked after the house sale progression and was always so quick to answer any queries that we had with professionalism. He ensured that the process went quickly and smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area. The whole team are great, always quick to respond to any queries and knowledgable of the local housing market.
