GoogleJi Estates did a brilliant job on the conveyancing of my late Mothers Apartment. Toby , Tom and Steve were professional , polite and Informative throughout despite several challenges ie One failed sale (after 10 months) Deed of Variation issues etc. I would definitely recommend them.

GoogleI was very pleased with the way in which the whole team dealt with the sale of my house, from the initial valuation and marketing, through several viewings to the sale and completion today. Everything was dealt with very promptly and professionally and nothing was too much trouble. They offer a very high level of personal service and I would certainly recommend them.

GoogleOur dealings with JI Estates were excellent from the outset and remained so thoughout the process. The property listing included a well made and very helpful video tour on the agency website, and what we saw was very much what we found when we had an in-person viewing. It was also helpful to have one main point of contact, Toby, who was excellent and a model of polite efficiency both before and after contracts had been agreed. I was particularly impressed by the responsiveness and regularity of his communication, primarily be email which suited us, but also, when needed, on the 'phone. All in all a very positive experience of JI Estates indeed.

GoogleWe cannot thank Toby enough for the work he did on selling our house for us. From the moment he came out to carry out the initial valuation we felt he was professional, trustworthy, honest and had great experience. We started doubting whether to sell when he described our home and its selling points to us! Toby valued our property reasonably and this encouraged viewings. He did a great job of the photos, video and description and advised us throughout the process. We had a deadline we needed to sell the house by and Toby ensured we sold within the timescales. He provided us with honest and considered advice and regular weekly feedback, at least, was always given. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending JI Estates and if we ever need to sell a property in the future we will certainly be going straight to them.

GoogleJI Estates acted in the sale of my property and were also the estate agent for the property we were purchasing. We dealt with Toby throughout and he was both knowledgeable and very personable. Toby and his colleagues marketed the property well and were on hand throughout to provide support during the sale/purchase process. This was particularly valuable during a difficult exchange and completion process where his help probably kept me sane. Toby made a normally stressful process much easier and I would happily recommend using him and his colleagues.

Google12 appointments in 3 hours on viewing day resulting in 6 offers several above guide price for our Cottingley property. These guys know what they are doing! We were a little unsure about using JI Estates over the larger more established agent in the area but the results speak for themselves. We recommended them to a friend who got very similar results. Superb personal service from Steve and the team, glad we went with and glad to recommend JI Estates.

GoogleJI Estates were amazing from the outset in what turned out to be a long house selling process. Steve was friendly and approachable when he came to do the valuation and photos for getting the house on the market. Toby and Tom who took care of the viewings and subsequent sale, were always on the ball and saved my sanity a few times during the process. Always quick to answer emails and respond to any queries and issues. I will always be recommending JI Estates to everyone and if I ever decide to sell again I wont go to another estate agent. GoogleI viewed many properties with JI before buying one and throughout the entire process they were honest and down to earth. There was no hard sell and they balanced the purchase of my house with the seller with consideration for both of us. I can’t thank Tom and Toby enough for all their hard work and support. GoogleI was recommended JI from a friend to sell my house, due to great local knowledge of the area my house was in. Steve was brilliant from the start, having lived in the area for most of his life, he knew how to value my house correctly. I had other non local estate agents in originally, however they had undervalued my property, possibly hoping for a quick sale and a quick fee. After one day of viewings my house sold at the right price, but more importantly to the right buyer. Since the initial accepted offer, everything went smoothly and there wasn't any snags down the line. Added to that the agent fees were very reasonable compared to other agents in the area. If you want to sell your house at the right price, right buyer, unrushed, understandable process, have a smooth personal process tailored to you and good agent fees, then I can only recommend to use Steve and JI.

Steve and his team are very professional and have been very supportive too over the sale which has had it's fair share of ups and downs! We no longer live locally which has made the process more difficult for us but nothing has been too much trouble. Steve's first class service has gone above and beyond to help us, which we have really appreciated. His local knowledge and expertise has been invaluable and helped us through the process.
