We have been helping clients since opening our High Street office in 2004. We help sellers and landlords in Shefford and the surrounding villages find the perfect buyer or tenant. GoogleCountry Properties have been extremely helpful in our Shefford Fireworks Appeal fundraising efforts. Good people to work with and very professional in their approach. As far as being Estate Agents I have not heard a bad report on the business and again are very professional. Good choice if you are looking for someone to assist with your biggest buy or sell so far.

GoogleWe listed with a few estate agents before Country, but we SOLD with Country. They get the most traffic, have the biggest database but more than that, they’re a caring team. They have a branch you can pop into and people who work hard to get the best result for you. Fully recommend.

Fantastic service. Selling the house is the easy part, it’s the sales progression which makes all the difference, this is what makes a good agent in our experience. We had a long period between sale and completion with a couple of solicitor changes along the way, Sasha in particular kept on top of progress all the way, good communication and updates, explaining the process all the time. I’ve learnt a lot about the conveyancing process over these last few months. The whole team are polite and professional and always return calls or emails, Ken is a real gentleman. Thank you team!

I contacted country properties to arrange a valuation on my property, however I was passed to a different branch, who then took a long time to get back to me. When I finally had a call from someone she jumped straight in with properties they had available without talking the time to properly hear our requirements. She then asked if we had any other valuations and who with, then starting to make negative comments on that estate agent (even though the other agent then went on to sell our house in 4 days). When we finally got round to our valuation she was utterly unimpressed that we had quite busy lifestyles and asked repeatedly that someone take some time off work so that she could properly discuss what they could offer after she had valued the house. I was very shocked with the poor telephone manner and the complete lack of flexibility around us. Not an agent that I feel would listen to us or work for us at all and we would not recommend them.
