I purchased my home through Spencer’s and also viewed some of their other properties. It was a really great experience overall, I would certainly engage with them first the next time I’m looking to buy. Meg who was handling my home purchase was always quick to respond and look into things for me whenever things were moving a little slow. She was brilliant! The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is because I felt like one of the account managers (don’t know her name) was a little rude when I requested a second viewing of the property I purchased, maybe she thought I was a time waster because my first offer was a bit low. Outside this encounter my experience with Spencer’s was very very positive overall!
