GoogleIf we've ever had any issues we were able to call directly through to Haybrooks Maintenance contractor. Always a fast response, which when you have a young family is comforting to know. Communication was good and everything made clear

GoogleWe had a drip from our ceiling. We emailed to our amazing property manager Katie Woodhead who managed to arrange a contractor to arrive to our house in one hour, from the moment we had sent the email. Amazing service.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible. Employees are lazy, sluggish and are adept to making false promises of ringing back, when they never do. There are also many hidden fees which are not made clear when signing the initial contract. I wouldn't advise anyone to use Haybrook, complete waste of money and a rubbish service in return, with customers having to deal with rude and brash employees. DON'T USE THEM, TERRIBLE.

GoogleOur lettings contact at Haybrook is Zoe Gregory and she has kept us regularly updated on the progress of interest of potential tenants for our property. During out initial meeting she gave us good advice on the refurbishment of the property which we followed, and as she promised a tenant would quickly be found once the property hit the market.

GoogleExcellent service. Very professional friendly staff. Efficient and appropriate responsee to any problems. Certainly takes the stress out of owning and renting out a property. Would certainly recommend as a letting agent.
