GoogleIf I could award no stars to Haybrook I would. We were locked into this agency for over 2 years; their incompetence was consistent throughout and ranged from telling us the tenants had not paid their rent when they had, to giving us a two different versions of when an inspection of the property had allegedly been carried out. However you look at it, someone at Haybrook was lying. On completion of the tenancy when we arranged in advance with them to collect the key from their office(which they couldn't find initially), they did not even bother to tell us they had moved offices. All this for an extortionate fee with the added insult of additional fees thrown at you for good measure. Don't use them!
