Rented a property through Haybrooks. Obtained legal cover for non payment of rent. Tennant subsequently became difficult and stopped paying and we tried to claim under the rent protection payment to be told the legal cover we had in place wasn't valid as wasn't signed etc properly by the letting agents themselves. They then decided to wash their hands of us and inform by letter that they were ceasing managing the property. AVOID THESE AT ALL COST! Unprofessional and have no other interest other than lining their own pockets. Disgusting.
