I recently completed a flat sale with Cocker and Carr, they were excellent and helpful throughout. If you want an estate agent that actually cares about your move and helps you get it done, this is the agent for you. Cocker and Carr went out of their way to keep me informed of progress through weekly phone calls and chasing up issues in between. Cocker and Carr also helped apply pressure up the chain to help ensure our move went ahead as planned - even though the rest of the chain was not with Cocker and Carr. Furthermore, on the day of the move itself, Thom collected our flat keys from us rather than us dropping them off at the office, just to make the day a bit easier. It's little things like that that set Cocker and Carr apart. Cocker and Carr also managed the handover of keys effectively, so there was no danger of the buyer arriving before we had left. Cocker and Carr also provided advice on potential properties we were considering for purchase (even if they weren't with them). If you want an estate agent that is pro-active, responsive and helpful, Cocker and Carr is the one for you.

We went to Thom at C&C to list our house having looked at a few properties with him when buying previously - we really valued how we were treated as buyers and figured it would be a good reflection on us to any of our potential buyers and we weren’t wrong. From valuation to completion C&C are just great to deal with. Not only did we feel our house was valued and marketed for its unique selling points, but these guys also really know S10 and very much sell the area as a community, not just a property on a given road. Pleasure to work with and would recommend every time. Fees are amazing value for money too.

Excellent from start to finis when selling my property. Having had poor experiences with other agents over the last 15 years or so, it was refreshing to meet Georgina & Thom who were very professional, helpful, honest and made very sensible suggestions. They were always available to chat and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, chasing other parties where necessary and going over and above what is reasonable to expect from an agent. Even the basics where most agents fall down e.g. returning calls, answering emails and so on were carried out without fail. In summary, I cannot recommend Cocker & Carr highly enough - even the buyers of my property were hugely complimentary about Georgina & Thom which I suspect will be a rare experience with buyers of property via other agents in the city.
