FacebookGreat professional, friendly and 1:1 service from the initial phone call to completion of the buying and selling of our houses.Super friendly and down to earth estate agents who don't over sell. The team will speak to you in understandable language, when the whole process could be stressful and confusing. Definitely would recommend giving them a call before you make the final decision of choosing a larger estate agents!!Thank you again, keep doing what you do!!

GoogleA fantastic and tailored service with Thom. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. He chased up the buyers and the solicitors when needed and was always on hand to offer advice and support throughout the sale of our property. Was happy for us to contact at any time and was very quick to reply. Very competitive prices with a full social media package to help sell our property. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleCocker & Carr replied: “ bare in mind the vendor will not accept penny less than the asking price“ the asking price £495,500. Can you imagine an offer with £495,499.99 will not be accepted. How professional are they!!!!!!

GoogleWe purchased a property through Cocker and Carr recently. We mainly dealt with a lady named Katherine, who was fantastic. The rest of the team were extremely attentive and always so helpful when you called. They made the experience much less stressful with all the help and guidance they gave. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Cocker & Carr and cannot recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always willing to give us help and advice. They worked so hard to push our sale through and couldn't have done any more for us. We honestly believe Our house sale wouldn't have gone through without them!
