FacebookThom and the team were excellent from start to finish and made the process of selling completely pain free! I particularly liked the PropertyFile feature that allows you to keep up-to-date via your own online dashboard. This, combined with regular updates via phone helped to keep us promptly informed of progress. Highly recommend and will be using these guys again in the near future.

FacebookFantastic service from Thom in particular at Cocker & Carr on the sale of our property. Take everything you think of estate agents and throw it out of the window as these guys go above and beyond to help you out, explaining every step of the way and even helping us with our onward purchase. I couldn’t recommend Thom and the rest of the C&C team enough!

GoogleYou don't really get a choice in who your seller's estate agent will be when you're buying a house, so we got quite lucky with Cocker & Carr! We were first time buyers, and throughout the whole process they checked in with us, kept us up to date, and kept both sides informed. Good, professional, and personal service!

GoogleSwitched to Cocker and Carr after being badly let down by another Sheffield agent. Thom was friendly, helpful and efficient throughout. His local knowledge was a real asset and his calm and sensible approach smoothed out various challenges along the way which another agent might have let get out of hand. A real pleasure to deal with.

GoogleWe are moving to Wakefield and Cocker and Carr have been brilliant arranging for people to view our home around us (not easy with 2 feral children, a dog and a cat) and they gave great communication about our offers. Highly recommended. I will pop in and meet the office dog soon! My 4 year old is fascinated by the idea of a working dog. Sarah and Jasper M.
