Having just completed a very long and difficult sale, (because of problems with the chain not our sale) we have nothing but praise for the team at Cocker and Carr, especially Thom and Katherine. I truly believe they are the only reason the chain did not collapse and were excellent at keeping us updated, trying to solve problems and move the process along. They were the only people we could trust through the whole process and provided us with invaluable advice, and sometimes even emotional support towards the end! He went above and beyond to provide advice, via phone, email, even text message, about any questions I had, even what to say to the other estate agents when making an offer. I chose Cocker & Carr to market my flat, which had just come up for rent. The service I received from Georgina was excellent and was surprised at how quickly she managed to find me a suitable tenant, all done and dusted in a little over 48 hours. Unbelievable! From then on she was is constant contact with me to update me on any progress (with references, deposits etc) so I was confident that everything would be in place come the moving in date.
