Our experience with Blundells has been absolutely first class. David did a very professional job in helping us take our house to market and selling it, giving us great advice (and not just telling us what we wanted to hear). He helped us to achieve a quick sale with a price we were more than happy with. The girls in the office (particularly Heather who we dealt with) were again very helpful, whilst being very friendly through what could be a potentially stressful time. We would not hesitate to use Blundells again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I'm sorry to say but I've had a very negative experience with Blundells from start to finish. Blundells gave no instructions on the entry code to the flat I was supposed to move in which is laughable. My process of moving out was completely disorganised with no communication on the checkout process and lack of clear communication with the landlord. Following this, Blundells repeatedly failed to communicate with the landlord on return of the deposit and following this even when the landlord agreed to a return, 6 weeks later, Blundells failed to return the money with one excuse after another. Very disappointed in Blundells, and one of the more negative experiences I've had with the larger letting agencies in Sheffield.

Horrendous experience from start to finish with Blundells (including Countrywide) and our landlords who used them- A & K Walks Ltd. None of our complaints were taken seriously which included having to pay for a property before we could move in (we weren't told until move in day that the property wasn't ready), being moved into an unfinished property on a building site and workmen trespassing on our property with our landlord's permission. After making a formal complaint, I was harassed almost daily by multiple people within the company, and was issued a notice to leave. Eventually we agreed to leave within 48 hours and had to pay a remarketing fee to leave our tenancy agreement early to get away from the stressful situation! We were also charged a cleaning fee after leaving. I will ensure to never rent with any company associated with Connells Group in the future.

I did my first renting in Sheffield with this agency. Joseph is super friendly and helped me to communicate/check a few things with the landlord. The entire process was smooth and efficient. I moved from Scotland so I was not that familiar with the renting process and the documents etc in England. Their process of dealing with documents was very professional and let me feel at ease.

I found an amazing property to rent through Blundells and have just sorted out all of the paperwork and agreements. The letting agents who I was in touch with throughout the process (Tasnim Rahman and Joseph Birch- Healy) have been so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I get stressed quite easily but they really put my mind at ease in moments of stress. They communicated everything that was going on and clarified everything I was unsure of.
