GoogleI can’t recommend Blundells enough!!! From beginning to end (purchase and sale) the team at Banner Cross took care of everything, from receiving updates at every stage of the process. The staff are particularly Kathryn and Mark are extremely professional and more importantly so warm and friendly. You feel as if you are receiving special service all the way. I would definitely return to Blundells again without doubt.

GoogleIf I could put 0 stars I would, this is the worst experience I have ever had. After a long process where I had to call the office a thousand times cause they were not talking to each other and giving me wrong informations i finally got the flat. As soon as I moved in the best part started. MOLD, dump, toilet that lifts from the floor if you try to move it, everything broken. I had to deal with the mold and cleaning all by myself cause they said it was my problem. After I finally manage to fix everything the mold started to come back cause this house is constantly dump. This is a joke! And No, I couldn’t have seen it in the viewing cause they were quite careful to not show me all the flows of this place!

GoogleEver wonder where that ‘estate agent’ stereotype comes from? Head to Blundell’s Banner Cross, where staff are unashamedly rude, pushy, dismissive and dishonest. I recently raised a formal complaint about - among other issues - their reluctance to help us with conveyancing delays. This was the response of complaint handler Scott Jackson: "As a buyer, you are not a paying client of Blundells and any support provided to you is at the discretion of the local team." Just in case any other ‘non-clients’ are interested.
Hi Meg, thank you for your feedback, which is appreciated. From our records it doesn't look like we've responded fully to your complaint yet for us to be able to give a you a view. It is correct that an estate agent can't really influence the work of a conveyancing solicitor - all they can do is ask for updates and pass on any information, so if there are delays it is very difficult for them to be able to affect anything or speed the process up. At Blundells every effort is made to help sellers and buyers alike although once a sale is agreed, their ability to influence the legal process is extremely limited. GoogleI would like to share my great experience with Blundells at Ecs Road branch. It was my first experience torent apartment in UK and thanks to all staff for support. James Campbell and Tasnim Radmane[plained everything clear, suppotred with docs and all process and during just two weeks we moved in nice apartment. I highly recommend to deal with these gus - professional, friendy and reliable.
