I was looking for house for my family . They give me appointment for viewing after one day they said u have to gave us holding deposit 196£ it will deduct from your rent , if anything happen or we'll never give u deposit we will return you. They waste my 1.5 month by sending emails afrer emails even we gave all documents and payslips, even my company responded already to their email and provide all documents they need When we try to call they said its in process. Now they not returning the deposit . Very bad experience 😕

Terrible experience. AVOID. Very sneaky in terms of the holding deposit, they ask you first all your card details and then they proceed with questions. Nyasha Mauchaza Since the beggining very passive-agressive towards any feedback or request about the property, made me completely uncomfortable during the viewing, almost kick me out of the property. As well they kept my holding deposit, classic sneaky agency, cero stars for this people, keeping the money like water, like everyone has plenty of it to give away. I AM A MOTHER that need the money for my 1 year old baby, thanks for keeping it.

I invited Blundells and two other Agents to provide a valuation of my house. I subsequently asked Blundells to market my property as I was impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of Rosie Robshaw. Please note, Rosie valued my property at a lower price than the other 2 Agents and felt her valuation was realistic and a true valuation. Georgia Skitt then took over the marketing which resulted in a sale a few weeks later. We completed last week and Georgia kept in contact on a perfectly timely basis right throughout the process and helped bring the transaction to a successful process. Many thanks to the team at Blundells Banner Cross for their excellent service. On a final note, a brief call out for Jessica Lounds at Blundells Lettings who has been my point of contact during the time I have been letting my house. Blundells have sold several properties for me over the years. The latest sale was accurately price valued by Rosie Robshaw who managed my own unrealistic expectations with due professionalism. Georgia did the leg work and most particularly regularly chased solicitors for updates, and was a quick way of liaising with buyers, both getting feedback and communicating without the need to go through solicitors regards non legal matters. Thanks Georgia. The branch Mgr Mark was a calming and controlling influence throughout the lengthy process. Blundells are part of a national chain, Countrywide. Don't let this put you off as this set up still provides a local feel to this well established local Agency.

My first dealings with Blundell's at Banner Cross was back in 1997, when I bought the property that I have just sold. Back in February 2020 I approached Blundell's for a valuation. Rosie came to see me and examine my property. Rosie was very pleasant to deal with, offering a very realistic property valuation and quotation for selling services. In March I signed the contract to get the selling process under way. Alas, Covis-19 struck and because of Lockdown the sale had to be put on hold. In June 2020, Mark got in touch to advise that the Banner Cross office had reopened and that Georgia would be looking after the sale. Much to my pleasant surprise within weeks offers had been made. Georgia, Rosie and Mark are very affable and hard working people. I have no qualms in recommending their services.

We recently used Blundells to sell our house, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We were initially reluctant to put our house on the market as we had not found anywhere to move into, and Blundells were happy for us to sit in a 'holding pattern' where we'd got everything ready to go, but had not yet pushed the button on putting it on the market. I didn't get pressure from them to get going, just the occasional check-in. In the end we did this 'holding pattern# for about a year, as we could not find anywhere we wanted to move to. When we finally did find somewhere, they sprung into action and got the house advertised and on Rightmove in a couple of days. We did 30+ viewings over the course of a weekend and had 8 offers the following week. We moved to 'best and final' offers and accepted an offer by the end of that week. During this period we primarily dealt with Diane and Georgia, however if I ever rang into the office everyone else had knowledge of our situation and were able to help. This was a much more pleasant experience that the attitude of most other agents we dealt with 'I'll get person X to call you back when they're back at their desk.' Blundells staff were always easy to get in touch with when I needed them, and actually returned calls/emails as promised. The sale process was unfortunately interrupted by the pandemic, but as soon as they were able to come back into work, the Blundells team were back on it. We had numerous difficulties from both our buyers and sellers, who had awkward or unusual demands (a lot of which stemmed from the covid situation), and combined with very unhelpful solicitors, this made for a very stressful exchange. The one shining light on the whole process was Georgia, who was fantastic. She understood our position and concerns, and persistantly fought our corner for us - even when we were ready to give up. She was friendly, personable and professional throughout the process, and I can't thank her, or the entire Blundells team, enough.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
