GoogleMy property manager is Paul Griffin and he has dealt with all my issues promptly and professionally. He keeps me updated regularly and gives honest advice. GoogleThe service I received was friendly but very Professional. A special mention for Dianne Grub, she was the reason that I survived what can be a stressful situation, every query that I had was dealt with very professionally. I would not hesitate recommending Dianne Grub and they team at Blundells to anyone who is buying a property.

GoogleRecently rented a property through Blundell's. My point of contact is Freddie and I have been thoroughly satisfied with the service I have received. He is clearly knowledgeable about the process and I have found that he keeps me informed on everything that is happening which is really useful and I have had no complaints so far.

GoogleYou will have to chase absolutely everything, leave them to it and not one thing will get done. Staff will tell you they will look into something or get something done, gave them the benefit of the doubt due to COVID, but given them too many chances now. Would not recommend

GoogleI put an offer on a property and had to chase at every stage. When I went to deliver final offer and finances the dismissive arrogant attitude I received it was obvious I had not got it then. I found out when it showed sold on rightmove

We were moving during lockdown so communication was difficult but either side of this we found Blundells to be helpful and to communicate regularly with all parties. GoogleReally good experience with Blundells Agent Jacob. Very friendly service and answers any questions I had about my upcoming tenancy. Few question required answering with Covid restrictions not allowing an in person viewing, but answers were provided. Would recommend.

GoogleTried buying two properties through this so called estate agent only to be mess around not returning phone calls etc. Then to be told the property has sold. I would say there not being sincere with the vendor. Avoid this estate agent like the plague!!!
