GoogleGreat experience with the team, moving into my new home was smooth and easy. The lettings negotiator was very good, he was kind and communicated efficiently. GoogleBlundells helped me through a very difficult situation in which I had to move fast and under difficult circumstances. Not only did they manage to sort everything out in the tight timelines to get me into my lovely new home but were also very helpful and understanding on a personal level.

GoogleWe have been extremely satisfied with the entire service. Always professional, approachable and consistently attending to any queries or concerns. Blundells made us feel we were important to them during the whole experience. All communications and support throughout an arduous process was made tolerable especially by Heather along with Pat and Hannah. Blundells certainly work as a cohesive team which in turn provides an excellent service and selling our property within 2 weeks. Having experienced the service of other estate agents Blundells have proved to be far superior in every aspect. Very highly recommended. Thank you.

GoogleFrom David's initial valuation and advice on the marketing of my house, along with his eloquent description of my property; to the outstanding collection of photographs for the brochure and internet listing; and, ultimately, to Elaine's careful handling and scrutiny of the many offers I received, I can't fault any aspect of the excellent service provided by Blundells. And, in between, those based in the Banner Cross office organised the large number of viewings for me and kept me regularly updated. All in all, a thoroughly accomplished and professional team.

GoogleAs a neighbour of a Blundells rented property, I was totaly disgusted with the way they dismissed my problems with my loud partying/boozing student neighbours. They do not care about who they rent to or their neighbours.. disgusting attitude.
