GoogleWe found staff at the Banner Cross branch to be helpful and efficient, Jordan in particular. Although we weren't able to progress with the anticipated sale due to circumstances beyond our control, he was understanding and respectful of our ages and health. We would definitely be happy to use Blundells in the future.

GoogleExperience of the Lettings side has been very poor and leaves even the most placate individual angry. Over two months without a washing machine and counting despite repeated chasers. Slow to react to any management issues. Hidden fees and very poor ast renewal process. Poor communication generally. Multiple layers of bureacracy and different points of contact. Generally not fair and reasonable. Avoid if you can!
