GoogleMy experience with Blundells overall has been very good, they have marketed and got a tenant for my property in a good time and negotiated very fairly on rates, even when there was a 6 months delay between agreeing the terms and letting the property, they still honoured the original agreement.
All those I've met personally from Blundells have been friendly and well presented.
However despite being a fully managed property I have had to get more involved in the preparation of the property than i'd like. In terms of getting keys for the property arranged, finding people to complete works on the property myself because Blundells couldn't source anyone in time. Being in another country at the time this has been very difficult
