Other agents can be slow and not offer any updates but Blundells have been really helpful keeping us updated and doing everything in the background to get the tenancy across the line.

GoogleWe are looking for a second agent in order to sell our flat. The agent picked up the keys on Friday night, took them home then rang in sick (understandably unforeseen) on the Monday without the office making ANY attempt to sort out the situation. We then had to cancel a viewing with a prospective buyer at Monday lunchtime because the keys unavailable to our current estate agent. I find this profoundly unprofessional and unacceptable.
