GoogleA nightmare. The property was managed by Blundells. At one point they left us without any running water or any timeframe for a fix. We had to contact environmental health at the council who contacted Blundells to insist that this was rectified. We were left without heating last year, for three weeks as repeated, sporadic visits from their engineer didn’t resolve the issue, they provided three electric heaters for a three-bedroom house with two small children. Though the property was managed through Blundells, the landlord made himself known to us, and he complained endlessly about the service that he received also. At the end of the tenancy they would not return our deposit, and they did not inform us either of any proposed deductions during their own two-week timeframe. We are currently going through a dispute process to get our deposit back with a deposit protection scheme. They have finally submitted their evidence, two months after we vacated the property. Surprise, surprise they are proposing that they take our entire deposit. This is easily our worst experience after renting with various agents in Sheffield for over ten years. If you have a choice, avoid.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleThe staff are very friendly & I think they secretly enjoy my visits as I tend to be a little lively with the things I say & do! I'm happy to entertain them with my antics as it cheers them up....(I hope!) 🤗🤗😂😂 Update: The heroes at the Bannerdale branch Mark, Kay, Diane & I think there was a lady called Anne, that's been there for our family when we had to sell our mum's home! 😢😭 Thank goodness, it's finally done & it's all thanks to the friendly staff & professional service provided to help the process along smoother. Now they have to deal with me to help with my house hunting! Mwah, ha,ha! 😉😈😂🤣

GoogleReview for Freddie but if he represents the conduct of those at Blundells then they're all amazing. Me and my girlfriend were looking to rent our first place together and on the rental market. With a place lined up and everything was set to go, but a communication error caused us to lose our desired flat. But Freddie has gone through thick and thin to stick his own leg out for us, two people he barely knows. If this is how Freddie acts with all his clients and potential clients then he deserves more! He's sorted us a place with things thrown in as an apology, not to mention coming to view the back up flats around when he should be having his tea. If you go to Blundells, ask for Freddie.
