Have had a storage unit there for quite a few years now, sadly had to empty it today due to rising costs of living but the staff there are great, always friendly and helpful. Costs a little more than some places but well worth if you want you belongings to be stored somewhere safe, clean and above all secure. Couldn't recommend them more for a storage company if you ever need to use one when moving or even for work.

For our recent move from Leeds to Selby, we decided, rather than leaving it all to the last day, it would be useful if we could do the bulk of it over a couple of months. The Storage Team Selby provided us with a 20 foot container at a very competitive rate helping us to smooth out the worries. The space was clean, dry and accessible and close to our new home. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Dissapointed!

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

An easy to manage storage solution. I really liked the fact that you can downsize your unit space as you downsize your stuff. The office staff are really helpful during the day and respond promptly to emails. Having 24 hour access is great and an onsite kitchen area to make a brew is a very welcome addition.

The professional and lovely staff showed total understanding and accommodation to my needs. My experience as a returning customer is better than before by a country mile. The storage areas appear very clean and well kept with easy access and full lighting. There are trolleys for transportation, and lifts if you are on upper floors. I am really impressed so far, and would recommend this storage facility without hesitation, based solely on my personal experience.
